Application Process
The Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events accepts submissions starting November 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012 for consideration to perform at the Chicago Blues Festival taking place in June 6-9, 2013.
All submissions should include a brief bio highlighting past performances, photo (if available) and CD/DVD of performances. Please make sure to include an email address, phone number and mailing address.
Please note: No submissions will be accepted after December 31, 2012.
